A person said recently that we made takfir on the so called “scholar” and “Shaykh” mentioned below. I asked him does he know why, and if he does to mention it and to mention why we are wrong or else he is just a parrot and is just jumping on the bandwagon. Well he seems to be a parrot
still but perhaps if I help him out he can get off that bandwagon.
التحذير من الدكتور محمد سعيد البوطي
هذا الدكتور محمد سعيد البوطي يسمي الله تعالى علة في أكثر من موضع في كتابه كبرى اليقينيات وقد أمره أحد علماء أهل السنة أن يغير موضعا من كتابه هذا فيما مضى فوعده بتغييره ولم يغير بل كرر طبعه على ما بلغنا تسع مرات فهل نسكت عنه وهو ينشر الضلال؟! وقد نص الإمام الحنفي ركن الإسلام علي السغدي على أن من سمى الله علة أو سببا كفر، والعلة معناها في لغة العرب المرض كما في القاموس، وكيف استجاز تسمية الله علة وهو لا يستجيز تسمية ولده علة.
وقال النسفي في تفسيره المشهور عند تفسير ءاية (وَلِلّهِ الأَسْمَاء الْحُسْنَى فَادْعُوهُ بِهَا وَذَرُواْ الَّذِينَ يُلْحِدُونَ فِي أَسْمَآئِهِ سَيُجْزَوْنَ مَا كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ) سورة الأعراف (ومن الإلحاد تسمية الله بالجسم والجوهر والعقل والعلة) أي كما فعل الدكتور محمد سعيد البوطي سمى في كتابه الآنف الذكر كبرى اليقينيات الكونية حيث سمى الله علة وسببا.
وقد قال الإمام أبو الحسن الأشعري رضي الله عنه (إن الله لا يسمى مستطيعا مع كونه بمعنى القادر لأنه لم يرد ولا فاهما وفقيها مع كونهما بمعنى العالم لعدم ورودهما في أسماء الله) وقد قال الدكتور محمد سعيد البوطي في بعض مواقفه مخاطبا بعض الناس (أنا لا أكفر الكافر فكيف أكفركم) قلنا وهذا تعطيل لحكم من أحكام الشرع الذي جاء به الكتاب والسنة والإجماع وغش للأمة، فقد ذكر الأئمة العلماء من أئمة السلف الشافعي والأوزاعي وأبوحنيفة ويزيد بن هارون وأبو النضر هاشم بن القاسم وغيرهم تكفير أشخاص معينين فالإمام الشافعي كفر حفصا الفرد وكان ظهر منه القول بأن القرءان مخلوق وليس لله كلام إلا كلاما يخلقه في غيره، والأوزاعي كفر غيلان القدري الدمشقي بعد أن ناظره بأمر الخليفة هشام بن عبد الملك وقال الإمام الاوزاعي للخليفة (كافر ورب الكعبة يا أمير المؤمنين) فأمر هشام بقتله فقطعت يداه ورجلاه وعلق على باب دمشق، ذكر هذا الإمام الحافظ ابن عساكر الدمشقي في تاريخ دمشق.
وقال الإمام أحمد (من قال إن الله جسم لا كالأجسام فهو كافر) وقال الإمام المجتهد الحافظ ابن المنذر (وقال شبابة أبو النضر هاشم بن القاسم إن المريسي كافر جاحد يستتاب فإن تاب وإلا ضربت عنقه) ذكره في كتاب الأوسط.
وقال الإمام أبو حنيفة في جهم (كافر أخرجوه) ذكر ذلك كمال الدين البياضي في شرح رسائل الإمام أبي حنيفة.
وقال يزيد بن هارون (جهم كافر قتله سلم بن أحوز) وهؤلاء الثلاثة المذكورون كفرهم هؤلاء الأئمة.
Warning from Dr. Muhammad Saeed Al-Bouti
This Dr. Muhammad Saeed Al-Bouti calls Allah the Exalted in Status an ‘ilah(cause) in more than one place in his book, The Greatest Certainties, and one of the Sunni scholars ordered him to change a place in this book of his in the past, so he promised him to change it, but he did not change it, but rather reprinted as we have heard nine times, so should we be silent about him while he is spreading misguidance? The Hanafiyy Imam Rukn Al Islam, Ali As-Sughdi, stated that whoever calls Allah an ‘ilah(cause) or sabab(reason) has blasphemed, and in the Arabic language, “’ilah” means illness, as in the dictionary, and how is it permissible to call Allah an ‘ilah when he does not permit to call his son an ‘ilah?
An-Nasafi said in his famous interpretation when interpreting the verse (And to Allah belong the most beautiful names, so call upon Him by them, and leave those who deviate in His names. They will be recompensed for what they used to do) Surat Al-A’raf (and from deviation is calling Allah a jism(body), jawhar(substance), ‘aql(intellect) and ‘ilah(cause)) that is, as Dr. Muhammad Saeed Al-Bouti did, in his aforementioned book, he called the Greatest Certainties, where God is called an ‘ilah(cause) and sabab(reason).
Imam Abu Al-Hasan Al-Ash’ariyy, may Allah accept his deeds, said (Allah is not called “able” even though it means “the Powerful,” because He did not mention it, nor understanding and jurist, even though they mean “the knowledgeable ” because they do not appear in the names of Allah). Dr. Muhammad Saeed Al-Bouti said in some of his positions, addressing some people (I do not I declare that the blasphemer is a blasphemer, so how can I declare that you are a blasphemer?) We said, “This is a violation of one of the rulings of the Sharia that was brought by the Qur’an, the Sunnah, and the consensus, and a deception of the nation. The learned Imams, among the Imams of the predecessors, Ash-Shafi’iyy , Al-Awza’iyy, Abu Hanifah, Yazid bin Harun, Abu An-Nadr Hashim bin Al-Qasim, and others mentioned the takfir of specific people, so Imam Ash-Shafi’iyy declared Hafs Al-Fard to be a blasphemer, and it was apparent from him the saying that the Qur’an is created, and Allah has no speech except words that He creates in others. Al-Awza’i declared Ghaylan the Qadariyy ad-Dimashqiyy to be a blasphemer after he debated with him on the orders of the Khalifah Hisham bin Abd al-Malik, and Imam al-Awza’iyy said to the Khalifah (He is a blasphemer by the Lord of the Kaaba, O Commander of the Faithful), so Hisham ordered him to be killed, and his hands and feet were cut off and he was hung on the door of Damascus. This was mentioned by Imam al-Hafiz Ibn Asakir ad-Dimashqiyy in the History of Damascus.
Imam Ahmad said (Whoever says that Allah is a body unlike other bodies is an blasphemer) and the Mujtahid Imam Al-Hafiz Ibn Al-Mundhir said (And the youth of Abu Al-Nadr Hashim bin Al-Qasim said that Al-Marisiyy is a blasphemer. He must be called to repent, and if he repents it is well and good, otherwise strike his neck.) He mentioned it in the book Al-Awsat.
Imam Abu Hanifah said about Jahm (A blasphemer, expel him). This was mentioned by Kamal al-Din al-Bayadhiyy in his explanation of the letters of Imam Abu Hanifah.
Yazid bin Harun said: “Jahm blasphemed and was killed by Salam bin Ahwaz.” These three mentioned Imams declared them blasphemers.
